Founding Partner
In 1940, Roger Reath co-founded Superior Plating and opened several satellite facilities around the country that went by the name Tibon Plating.
Owner
In 1980, Robert (Bob) Reath split the Superior Plating facilities and formed U.S. Chrome Corporation. U.S. Chrome currently comprises of five facilities around the country.
President & GM of CT
Mike Reath has worked at every U.S. Chrome facility and in every capacity since 1986. Mike is currently the company President & General Manager of U.S. Chrome Connecticut.
CEO
John Carpenter started at U.S. Chrome in 1993, building the research and development division. Leading U.S. Chrome, John has helped each facility see consistent year-over-year growth.
